Like other allied health professionals, such as psychologists, Accredited Mental Health Social Workers use a range of interventions in helping people with mental health issues, including the following focussed psychological strategies:
Anyone with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP can access My Mind Matters for free in Griffith or Leeton. Six to ten sessions can be then bulk billed annually via Medicare as accessed via the Griffith or Leeton offices: Griffith Office: Griffith Community Centre 80 Benerembah St Griffith NSW 2680; Leeton Office: Suite 5 Kurrajong Specialist Centre at 13-15 Kurrajong Avenue Leeton NSW 2705. Services from Griffith and Leeton is always by appointment only. Home visits are available via specialist request.

My Mind Matters in conjunction with Griffith Community Centre, is pleased to announce their partnership with the State Debt Recovery Office to offer the Work and Development Order Program so eligible people who come for mental health treatment at My Mind Matters can have their fines reduced.
